the rooms were really clean, a place where i felt pampered. the hotel's location near key attractions was really convenient. i had easy access to restaurants and shopping, a great blend of relaxation and city life.

i found the water pressure in the shower a little weak! it was still usable, though a stronger flow would be more refreshing

The location was acceptable, as it was near the Dubai Mall.

Cleanliness was average, and when I asked for an extra blanket, it was worn out. I didn't use it. The front desk seemed disorganized, and check-out took half an hour, as other guests were served before me.

I enjoyed the wide variety of delicious food at the iftar. Each dish was amazing. Cynthia provided really good service.. I would definitely recommend this experience. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old and in need of some updates.
